01
You qualify for a refund
Any of the conditions below entitles you to a full refund.
- Activation issue. The card cannot be activated because of a verifiable problem on our side.
- Wrong balance. The card balance does not match the amount paid for.
- Reported within 24 hours. You contact us within 24 hours of the original purchase.
- Card was never used. The card has not yet been charged at any merchant.
02
When a refund isn’t possible
To stay fair to every customer, refunds cannot be issued in these cases.
- Card already used. Once any merchant has charged the card, the funds cannot be reversed.
- Merchant policy block. Some merchants choose which Visa BINs they accept — that is their decision, not ours.
- Outside the 24-hour window. Requests filed more than 24 hours after purchase are not eligible.
- Card matches the order. If the card was issued correctly and matches the order details, no refund is due.
How to request a refund
Three simple steps. We typically reply in under an hour during business hours.
2
Include your order ID
Add a short description of the issue. Screenshots help us resolve faster but are not required.
3
Receive your refund
If approved, we issue the refund in the same crypto you paid with, to the wallet address you provide.
Crypto refund rate
We use the exchange rate at the moment the refund is processed, not the moment of purchase. This protects both sides from market swings.
Network fees
Outbound on-chain network fees are deducted from the refunded amount. We never add a markup — the fee is whatever the blockchain charges at that moment.
